Accepting Our Terms and Conditions

The following information will outline the Terms and Conditions for consumers using SELLITIC. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and SELLITIC. This will outline your responsibilities as a SELLITIC user as well as your rights. By using our services, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy at SELLITIC is important to us. The following Privacy Policy will clearly explain how your information is used while you are using SELLITIC’s services.

Any information that we collect will be stored in a secure database and will not be used for anything that you have not given us permission to use (please set your email and preferences to give us permission to send any updates or newsletters you wish or do not wish to receive).

Use of Services

SELLITIC is allowing you to use our services. With that, we ask that you keep our service regulations in mind when using these services.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account with SELLITIC. Anyone under the age of 18 will have to use a parent or guardian’s account with their supervision. If SELLITIC finds account holders under the age of 18 and unsupervised, we have the right to terminate your accounts.

SELLITIC values respect and kindness. We ask that you are respectful when in contact with any of our sellers. Fair treatment to our sellers and consumers are of the utmost importance to SELLITIC.

Disputes and Termination

SELLITIC is not liable for items you purchase. We do not store, inspect, or manufacture any products sold through SELLITIC. Our sellers are independent, and our role is to provide our consumers and sellers with the means and services to conduct these transactions. If you have any issues, please bring your concerns directly to the seller.

If you have any concerns or disputes with a seller on SELLITIC, we recommend that you attempt a resolution between yourself and the seller before taking any other legal action. If disputes are not settled and SELLITIC becomes involved in this dispute, we will do our best to do what is best for both parties based on our policies. In the case that a dispute enters a legal dispute, we will no longer be able to make any judgements on these claims.

If you have any concerns about SELLITIC, please let us know. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues that you may have with us. If we are unable and legal action is taken, we will do our best to cooperate with the claims and proceedings.

Termination by you: Although it would be sad to see you go, we respect your decision to terminate your accounts with us. You can terminate your account through your profile settings page.

Termination by SELLITIC: SELLITIC has the right to terminate or suspend your account if we have reason to believe you or your content is violating any of our terms and conditions, or the law. You will be notified if your account is terminated or suspended unless there are legal extenuating circumstances in which we are unable to contact the involved parties.

What are OMA Tokens

OMA Token is the native utility token driving the AFOMA ecosystem of which the SELLITIC marketplace is a part of. The OMA Token will be utilized in our loyalty/rewards program within the marketplace.

How Can I Earn OMA Tokens?

There will be several ways to earn OMA tokens as a customer. As a registered SELLITIC customer, there are ways you can earn OMA tokens. This can include but are not limited to making a purchase, referrals, leaving a review for our artist/artisan, and other marketplace engagements. We will be rolling out our rewards program over time, and will update our terms and conditions (which is subject to change at any time) for our rewards program accordingly.

Redeeming OMA Tokens

Customers will be able to redeem their tokens after they have reached a certain amount of tokens. Until a customer reaches this threshold, their tokens will be safely stored on their crypto wallet. Customers will also be able to send their tokens to artists/artisans as a tip. Any changes to our token redeeming policy will be updated to our terms and conditions page immediately.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

SELLITIC may adjust and update our Terms and Conditions periodically. We will update these changes via our Terms and Condition page on the SELLITIC website. We will also send out an email to inform our users of the changes we have made. Users are responsible for reading and understanding our Terms and Conditions. If any of our users no longer agree with our Terms and Conditions, they are free to terminate their account with us, although we will be sad to see you go.

Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days for pre-made and non-customized products. For customized products, the orders will be dispatched as specified by the vendor under the product description.

Domestic Shipping

Standard domestic items will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

International Shipping

International items will be delivered within 14-21 business days.

Tracking Information

Once the seller has dispatched your order, you will receive an email with all necessary tracking information.

Product Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not available at this time. However, in extenuating circumstances, SELLITIC will address this on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to contact SELLITIC for further information, please contact us through email at info@sellitic.com.

Refund Policy

We will not offer any refunds after 14 business days from the expected delivery date.

Duty Fees

If you are buying a product internationally, it may be subject to duties.

As an artisan or artist, you have the responsibility of protecting the privacy of your consumers. Using and/or sharing consumers information such as their addresses and emails for anything that is not related to fulfilling a consumer’s order is strictly prohibited. If SELLITIC finds an artisan breaking these guidelines, we will terminate your accounts and any other accounts you should make. Sharing and/or using consumer information for unlawful reasons will also become a legal dispute.

Use of Services

SELLITIC is allowing you to use our services. With that, we ask that you keep our service regulations in mind when using these services.

If artisans or artists under the age of 18 are not supervised with a responsible guardian, SELLITIC has the right to terminate your account.

At SELLITIC, we value respect and kindness. We will do everything we can to ensure our site is a safe space for all our artisans and artists. It is very important to us that our sellers are treated with kindness from our consumers. We ask that you treat consumers and other sellers with the same respect.

Please ensure that you are not committing any crimes or breaking the law while using our services. You are liable for your actions while using our services. Law breaking includes but is not limited to fraud, theft, harassment, or abuse, harming our systems, identity theft or lying about your age, and not complying to sanctions.

Disputes and Termination

SELLITIC is not liable for items that are dispatched from you. We do not store, inspect, or manufacture any products sold through SELLITIC. Our artisans and artists are independent sellers, and any issues with products will be the responsibility of the artisan or artist. Any issues with the product will be directed to you, and it will be up to you to assess the situation and provide a solution to the best of your ability. If you are questioning the integrity of a consumer with a product complaint, we can step in and aid sellers in finding a solution to the matter at hand. If any disputes between a consumer and an artisan or artist become a legal dispute, SELLITIC will no longer be able to be involved in the settlement of the case.

If you have any concerns with SELLITIC itself, we would appreciate any feedback that can help us improve our site constantly. Should any dispute with SELLITIC become a legal matter, we will do our best to cooperate with the claims and proceedings.

Termination by you: Although it would be sad to you go, we respect your decision to terminate your accounts with us. You can terminate your account through your profile settings page. Before terminating your account, please fulfill all active orders and put a halt on incoming orders in advance. It will also be required to pay any outstanding bills you may have.

Termination by SELLITIC: SELLITIC has the right to terminate or suspend your account if we have reason to believe you or your content is violating any of our terms and conditions, or the law. You will be notified if your account is terminated or suspended unless there are legal extenuating circumstances in which we are unable to contact the involved parties.

What are OMA Tokens

Artists/artisans will be able to redeem their tokens after they have reached a threshold (this will be determined at a future time). As an artist/artisan works towards reaching this threshold, they will be able to view their progress on their OMA Rewards widget located on the SELLITIC homepage. Any changes to our token redeeming policy will be updated to our terms and conditions page immediately.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

Shipping Policy

Vendors will be responsible for dispatching the items ordered by consumers. Using pre-approved delivery services, sellers will be responsible for ensuring consumer orders will be delivered to them. By selling on SELLITIC, you agree to:

  • Provide an address of which the order is dispatched from. 
  • Dispatching the items within 3-7 business days, unless a later dispatch date which must be specified under the product description. 
  • Ensure you are aware of and are following all custom regulations.
  • Mark the order as shipped to notify the buyer their order has been dispatched.
  • Ensure proof of dispatch by entering a tracking number from the carrier. This is to protect the seller’s business from legal action.  

Product Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are not available at this time. However, in extenuating circumstances, SELLITIC will address this on a case-by-case basis.
